TERMS & Info
Note: This aplies to any order placed on the "Shop" page. Commissions are a different services and have their own terms.
Prices of products can change anytime. Homewer, orders amounts are definitive and cannot be changed. Clients will be factured the amount that was indicated by the time the order was made.
By proceeding with the payment and checking the "Terms & conditions" icon when checking out, clients have aknowledged they have read the Terms & info and agreed with the clauses.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping is international! All orders come with tracking by default. Everything is shipped from France.
If there is any problem with you order, please immediatly contact me using the "contact" page ! I will do my best to help.
Orders can take a week or two before being shipped, and can take between a week and 2 months to arrive.
When placing an order, you will receive an automatic invoice. Please look at the invoice in order to verify you have put in the correct adress. Note: this invoice is just for verifying your order. The actual invoice with all the information will be included in the package
Please enter valid information when entering your shipping info. Please do not enter you username or a pseudonym in the name field, use a real name, or one thats displayed in the PO box.
I am not responsible for the eventual Custom fees.
It takes 48h max for the tracking to update, so please dont worry if you received a shipment notice and the tracking number isnt working yet! Wait a day or two and it will work. If after more than 3 days the tracking number still doesnt work, please contact me.
For apparel, a small note with the wash & care instructions will be included in your package. If you happen to lose it (or it wasnt in the package by mistake) you can read the item description on the shop or message me
Returns & Refunds:
If something went wrong with your order, please contact me in the 14 following days so I can issue a refund or resend one. Any refund demand exceding 14 days will not be accepted
If the order didn't arrive because of an incorrect adress, shipping fees will not be refunded.
If you ordered apparel, a refund will only be given if the product has been returned to the sender adress, 14 days maximum after receiving the package.
Refunds will not be given if the product is returned damaged, stained, torn or used
If you have resent an order, a refund will only be issued once the package with the returned products have been received. Refund of your order will follow in the fllowing week. Note that you must pay shipping fees for returns yourself.
IMPORTANT: If your order comes back to the sender address, an Email will be sent to the mail adress you provided with the order. Two options will be offered, either your order is resent ( if it was a package and not a letter, shipping fees must be repaid ! ) or A refund (shipping fees will not be refunded). YOU HAVE 2 MONTHS TO ANSWER THE EMAIL . IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME, NO RESENDING OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ANYMORE.
Data usage & privacy
The data collected on this site is:
Name, Surname, adress, phone number, email adress.
This private data is used for processing and shipping your order, and can be transmitted to Shipping services . Your email adress can also be used for a newsletter (which you can opt-out of anytime, with a link on the mails or by contacting me). This information will not be given to anyone else, wether it is a person or a company. You can ask anytime for this data to be erased, once your order has been received (if you placed one), by using the contact page. You can also ask for your account to be permanently deleted. For both of theses cases, use the contact page and indicate your name and email adress so I can indentify wich data to erase.
